Team 1 presentation film ^^
Annyong~( Hi!) My name is Mara. I’m 16 years old and I’m the leader of this group. I live in Sacele, which is very close to Brasov city. I don’t have any siblings but I and my best friend are like sisters. My school is close to my house which is a great thing. My favorite subjects are English, Geography and Mathematics. At our school we have amazing teachers that support us and teach us in a modern way, usefull and intersting things. My hobbies?...well I’m passionate about South Korea, and that should be enough because every day I do related things to that, like: I listen to Kpop everytime, I learn Korean with an amazing South Korean teacher and in my free time I dance in a traditional Korean dance group called Nabi, which means “Butterfly” . I also like traveling and discovering new stuff. My ambition in life and one of my biggest dreams is to go to South Korea and study there. I’d describe myself as a creative person, and in the future I’d like to do something that involve creativity and Korean and English skills. Fortunately I have some amazing parents which always support me to fulfill my dreams. ^^

Hi, my name is Adelina, I'm sixteen years old and I'm the interviewer of this group. I live in Brasov, nearbythe school, in a small village,so getting to George Moroianu has never been a problem for me. I'm staying with my parents at the moment, even though I dream to have my own apartament one day. I don't have any siblings, but my dog is a full time job anyway. I'm a positive person, always up to something. I love to observe people and think about their strong points, this makes me feel like I'm surrounded by special people.Since I was a little child I discovered that I had an affinity for English language. Because of this, I discovered new people and new possibilities. Not to mention the fact that I can express myself easier. Anyway, one of my biggest hobbies remains reading. Give me a cup of sweet tea,a scented candle and a good book and I'm all yours.

Hi! My name's Andreea, I'm 15 years old and I’m the editor of this group. I don't have any brothers or sisters, but I have a lot of pets - one little dog and seven cats. I live in a village called Tărlungeni, which is another little city close to Braşov. My school is in Săcele, another close by little city, and I get there by bus. Also, my favorite subjects are English, Romanian (mother language), and pretty much every other subject which is taught by a teacher I like. I don't really have any hobbies, but I enjoy drawing, sleeping and watching anime. I don’t know what I want to do and be in the future - even though up until now I was planning things like being a psychologist or having my own business one day, I’ve decided, knowing the lazy and clumsy person that I am, to stop caring about the future and just let life do it’s own thing.

Hello! My name is Roxana,I’m 15 years old and I'm the photographer of this group. I study at „George Moroianu” High School from Sacele, Brasov city. I own a cat with the name Misha. She is used to bite my shoes and wake me up every morning. When my phone is ringing she always gives it to me and she scratches it.
I have a little sister called Laura, who annoys me very much but I love her a lot. She is 11 and we always hang out togheter. I like dancing a lot, I practice this since I was 10. First I went to modern dance, from there I learned to have a correct pose and to be graceful.Than I went to traditional romanian dances, where is requested seriousness and to stay focused. |
Our lovely hobbies ^^

The Crayfish, the Frog and the Pike
(an original drama script)
Narrator:
Once upon a time a crayfish
With a frog and a pike mate
Struggled off the bank to move,
To the pond, a bag of wheat.
Crayfish: Move on! Move on! I know we can do it! Let’s push, you lot! Move it forward! (saying all this while stepping backwards)
Frog (jumping and leaping randomly): Say again! Forward? You said forward? Why are you then moving in the opposite direction? I guess we cannot trust you: you say something, then you do something else..
Pike (trying to make peace): Hey, let’s not JUMP to conclusions (looking towards the Frog) and try to put some force into it. One, two, three...
(all three move in different directions, the bag does not move, they puff and pant)
Narrator:
The three guys harnessed to it
Pulling, stretching, but they noticed
That the bag remained unshaken...
Not united!!! they must reckon.
Frog: I believe this bag has got stones in it!
Pike: I think you’re right. It doesn’t seem to move...
Crayfish: Come on! Don’t give up! We need to have this thing down in the pond. We are a team, aren’t we?
Narrator:
As you can all see, the rules by which teams work are being useless in this case:
The crayfish moved backwards.
The frog just kept on jumping.
The pike could only flounder
All they would do was ...nothing.
Frog: It won’t work. You both are really annoying: Crayfish, you keep on telling us what to do, as if you are a manager of some kind, and you, Pike, move around, shaking and slapping us with your tail... I had enough. (the frog goes away in angry leaps)
Crayfish: Now it’s my fault! Blame it on me! It’s going to be much easier.... and the bag much lighter (laughing ironically).
Pike: Frog, come back! There must be something we can do together.
Frog (in a grumpy voice): Yeah, right. What about moving the bag to the pond. What about that?
Pike: Let’s give it a thought. Where do we go wrong? I must admit I am rather shaky... rather weak also...
Crayfish: (clumsily trying to encourage the Pike) Don’t be so harsh on yourself! (Looking at the Frog accusingly) Look what you’ve done!!!
Pike (crying bitterly): No, he’s right. I’m no use... But I had such an awful childhood! Everyone left me, my parents, my friends, teachers in school ... a school of whales, of course... Simply because my tremor got worse, day by day.
Frog (starting to cry, too): I apologise! I do! I shouldn’t have said that. You’re fine. In fact you are more than fine. You’re the finest. My finest friend in the pond. I love you so!!! Can you ever forgive me? (Pike and Frog hugging)
Crayfish (in a pragmatic voice):
I don’t know who should be guilty
But, as I found out for real,
The bag on the pond’s not sittin’
It is there, staying still.
Narrator:
It’s the same with human beings
When there is no unity:
They cannot achieve some things
With success, in amity.
(The bag has not moved; the three friends hug, laugh and encourage each other to start their mission again)
Frog: Let’s try again!
Pike (pointing at Crayfish): This time we could really use a manager.
(they are laughing together and Crayfish starts giving instructions, assigning tasks, organising work )
Crayfish: Pike, move over here! Get a bit under the bag, while you, Frog, Keep to....... (unclear words, very low voice and a bag MOVING towards the pond)
The end. ^^
